About Me
Hi, I am OFSTED registered.
I’ve been working in childcare for 8 years. I have worked in a nursery, been a nanny and I’m currently a childminder.
I spend a lot of my free time with my family and go to the gym regularly, I’m a book worm and love anything outdoorsy.
I am very reliable and I’ll make sure your child/children are safe and happy while in my care!
My Experience
I have 4 years experience working in a nursery and also 3 years being a nanny!
During my nanny experience I’ve looked after a little girl and boy who were 2 and 11, then I had twin boys, they were 1 when I started with an older brother who was 3. I’m now looking after a lovely little boy who’s just turned 3.
While I was at the nursery I had children from 3months old, which has given me a lot of newborn experience!
Being a childminder has helped me a lot professionally. Running a business and taking care of several children at once.
As you can see I’ve worked with numerous age groups and have a lot of experience working with young children in different environments

Alesha has been amazing with our little boy! He started very shy and very fussy with his food but with Alesha’s help he is now very confident and eating a whole variety of food he wouldn’t touch before!
He loves going to Alesha’s and is always excited to tell me about how his day was!

Our son is very well looked after, he is always happy coming to Alesha’s. Lots of fun and educational activities for our little one. Alesha is also willing to go the extra mile to help us with our current situation (one parent abroad). Thank you so so much for everything that you do for us!! Excellent service, excellent childminder!x

Alesha has been looking after our daughter since she was 10 months old (now 17 months). Our daughter is so happy with Alesha and always goes in with a smile and comes home with a smile. Alesha plans fun things for the kids to do and gets them outdoors when the weather allows. We get regular updates on what’s app on her day as well as a written summary end of day with naps/food etc. Our daughters learning and development has also come on a lot and I know this is down to Alesha encouraging the kids to learn and explore new things. Alesha is kind, patient, trustworthy and reliable. I couldn’t recommend Alesha enough and there isn’t anyone else I would trust more with our daughter. She has made our lives as parents so much easier and we are super greatful to have her looking after our daughter 😀!

Alesha is absolutely amazing at her job. She is so good with the children and has a clear passion for her work. My child is always so happy whilst being with Alesha and I wouldn't trust anyone as much to look after my child as I do Alesha. I could not recommend anyone more. Alesha always puts the children’s happiness and safety at the forefront of what she does, you can tell this when picking up your little one from the setting. Thank you for looking after my little girl so well !!

Our little girl started with Alesha when she was only 8 months old (Now 14 months old). At first meeting Alesha, our daughter warmed up to her straight away (Which is VERY rare as she doesn't like strangers!) - Alesha has since then continued to show love & care for our child & she LOVES spending time with Alesha! She keeps us updated with detailed feedback and beautiful pictures of our daughter doing activities that Alesha sets up for her & the other children. We have chosen to stay with Alesha instead of bringing our daughter to my nursery (As I work in a nursery) & it has been the best decision we have ever made! HIGHLY recommend her 🙂

Alesha has taken care of our son for the last 17 months. He has just turned 3 and enjoys spending time with her. More importantly she is trustworthy, energetic, and reliable. She is good at planning activities outside and keeping him entertained.Our son is now attending pre school, but we will continue to use Alesha for her childminding services. I would certainly recommend her for future child care.

Alesha worked with us for just over a year caring for our then 2 year old and 11 year old. She is a very fun and energetic nanny who genuinely cared for our children. Alesha was extremely patient and loving; and always pleasant to be around.

Alesha is a brilliant nanny! Her most important qualities are that she is honest, open and conscientious, which are very rare to find in the nanny market. Although she is very young, she takes her job seriously and is confident in performing her duties, and can be totally trusted. She is also a great fun and very engaging, and children love her! She would be an asset to any family that is lucky to employ her.
