Bad attitude ,she is not customer centred

Rebecca is very unprofessional in her response,
She's responds in a rude way, she's not straight forward, I have inquired about child minding with her and because she wanted me to take ma boys on ongoing basis yet that's not what I wanted , she responded in unprofessional way.
Yet on her profile she doesn't state that she only takes kids on long term basis.
Be careful with her as she seems nasty.

I’m sorry you feel this way but if you read what you put at the start of your text BTN better then nothing wasn’t a nice start to a asking point.then you said you just need 27 Th and my answer was I’m not a baby sitter.which was a honest true answer that is for a baby sitter.childminding is for short term care or full time care I’m sorry you do not have this understanding.and I feel with you saying BTN wasn’t a starting point for a good feed back to any person.and like I said I’m sorry you feel that way but it was a true honest answer to your question kind regards Rebecca
