About Me
My name is Nicki I have been offering good consistent, reliable quality child care and education for children aged 0-14years for over 20 years. Many of the children I have cared for came to me either as young children or babies, and have stayed in my childcare until secondary school age. Although my own children have grown up and moved away I still remain passionate about playing a key role in children's development.
I live in the Glory Farm area of Bicester
I share my house with my cockapoo Bella
Funded Hrs
Funded hrs can be taken up to 10 hrs per day and can be used during school holidays.
Example 15 hrs per week spread over a year can be used as 10 hrs per week.
30 hrs per week can be used as 21 hrs per week
So your child gets consistency plus no extra cost during out of term time
Children learn through experiencing the world through first hand experience trips out every day
Remaining in consistent Childcare and relationships throughout Early Years and Primary School (if required)

Good strong consistent attachments can be formed through constant carer no staff changes.
Better able to cater individual sleep times particularly important whilst young
Good bonds with older children has been proven to enhance their learning
Able to offer better rates for term time workers, only a third charged over holidays saving hundreds of pounds.
When child reaches nursery funded education stage you can use these hrs during my setting and reduce costs hugely

Cariadh has an amazing relationship with nicki, Every day Cariadh comes home excited about what they have learnt or been engrossed in, the crafts they make and bring home are very imaginative. Days out to not just the park but on the bus, Cinema, Mcdonalds, sand play, role play, how to behave in public and private. Nickis patience shines through the kids and their individual needs.
