About Me
Hello we are Lucy and Lelia. We are warm, creative and energetic people who love keeping busy and active, we have a real passion for working with children and find it incredibly rewarding to be apart of their early years. Our goal is to bring fun, positivity, and creativity into everything we do.
My Experience
Lucy- I have almost ten years of experience caring for children aged 3 months to 5 years in various roles including nannying, au pairing and nursery practitioner. My responsibilities have included planning, leading and creating appropriate activities to help with development, supporting key milestones such as potty training and learning phonics. Managing daily routines like schools runs, meal preparation, and bedtime. I've cared for children in both home and nursery settings, provided individualised support through learning journeys and worked closely with families to ensure a nurturing, structured and enriching environment. I'm experienced in maintaining tidy, organised spaces and have strong teamwork skills from working alongside other childcare professionals.
Lelia- I've gain a wide range of hands on experience in childcare including over 750 hours of placement working with children aged 0-7. For the last two years I've worked as a nanny caring for children aged 18 months to 3 years across several families. In addition I've provided regular babysitting services and supporting families with school drop-offs and pick-ups. These roles have helped me build strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents, and have given me the skills to provide reliable, flexible and loving care. I have a L3 childcare qualification and an Enhanced DBS.
We are starting childminding as we want to create a warm, welcoming space where children can feel at home while continuing to learn, grow and thrive through fun, hands-on experiences.

My Availability
Our hours are 8am-6pm. Open 48 week of the year, closed for 4 week and all bank holidays.
We plan to open on the 1st July 2025 (*subject to Ofsted registration timeline)

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
We offer a day rate at £65 (8am-6pm)
We offer a half day rate at £35 (8am-1pm) or (1pm-6pm)
Meals will be charged at an additional cost, you're welcome to bring meals and snacks for your child(ren) from home.
