Looking for long term daily babysitting/childminding from my own home.
I am friendly, outgoing and patient. I love singing and reading stories, I am creative and enthusiastic and believe in helping every child reach their potential through individualised activities, care and attention. I enjoy visiting museums, parks and the local farm. I have a 19 year old daughter and a 7 month old son. I have links to local drop in, and stay and play services. I am available to start 1st November and am happy to meet with prospective families for interview where I will provide references, copies of certificates and DBS check and policies.
My Experience
I am currently employed as a nanny for two wonderful boys who are now off to school and no longer need me as much. I've been with the family for four years. Prior to this job I was a higher level teaching assistant in a special needs school in Barnet, for three years. Previously I had a year contract in a pre prep nursery school in Marble Arch. Prior to that I worked in a mainstream primary school as a special needs one to one teaching assistant for 4 years. Before that position I worked as a nanny for a 13 month old up until he started school aged four. I have experience working with babies from birth up until the age of three in the Portland hospital and also in a private nursery in Islington. I also have my own daughter who is now 15 years old. while my daughter was young, I looked after a friends young daughter of the same age, full time until both children started reception.
My Qualifications
AAA grade CACHE level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education. 2:1 BSc Degree in Psychology. Safeguarding Children in Education certificate. Paediatric first aid. Epilepsy Buccal Midazolam certificate. Anaphylaxis and epi pen trained. Foundation Makaton certificate. Autism and complex needs certificate.
My Availability
I am available for full time childcare between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.50 per hour
For 5 days full time childcare 8:30am - 6:30pm I charge £500 per week per child. this is negotiable for larger families.
For part time/school pick ups I charge £12.50 per hour per child.
I ask parents to supply spare clothes and nappies.
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Tufnell Park Primary School
