About Me
Hi, my name is Anita and I’m Ofsted Registered childminder.
I live with my husband and 4 children.
The oldest is a girl aged 18yrs and currently in university the rest are boys who are 16,13 and 11 years old.
Being a mother to 4 children you can rest assured all children will be looked after with the same level of care as my own. I am very reliable and honest person.
I understand children learn through play and every child is unique and have different needs. I will make them feel safe and happy.
I take the children to Playgroups, parks, shops
and library (if weather allows).
I also do activities with them at home, colouring, painting, drawing, water play, sand play, cooking etc.
I have range of toys for different age groups to play with.
We are all currently DBS Checked.
Paediatric first aid trained.
I got ‘MET’ from Ofsted 2021 ( no children at the time of visit) which means I qualified for all their requirements.

I still have good contacts with the family I’ve worked with.
My Experience
Looking after my own children and doing childcare course has give me experience.I recently completed level 2 Teaching and learning Support.(CACHE)
I’m also Qualified Chef worked in hospitals, schools, nursing homes for years before having children.
I have done various trainings: safeguarding, paediatric first aid, speech and language communication etc.
I will be able to prepare well balanced and healthy food for the children. I have experience with primary school.
I enjoy caring for children, watching them learn, grow and have fun.
I understand that each child is an individual and need to treat them with care, empathy and respect. Makaton trained.

I would like to use this opportunity to provide a review on Anita. She is an outstanding, thorough, effective, and efficient childminder. She is also trustworthy and caring towards the children she looks after.
My daughter is proof of all the qualities I stated above. Before taking her to Anita, her fine motor skills, numerical knowledge, speech, and social interaction were non-existent. However, with the help of Anita, my daughter S has improved tremendously and is ready for a mainstream Nursery school.
S has improved her social skills and has the confidence to speak fluently. Also, S has learnt her numbers, Colours, and alphabet, to mention a few. I would like to recommend Anita to anyone looking for a Childminder to prep their children for Nursery and provide your child with a caring, warm environment.

I wish her all the best.
Anita is an great childminder and person. My daughter warmed up to her from day one. She looks after her like her own child. I am always kept up to date with her activities and development. She organised a variety of activities for her each day. My daughter is happy staying with her .
She doesn’t just care for her, she went above and beyond and organised a special birthday surprise for my daughter.
I would definitely recommend her services.

It is such a joy to look after S.
Anita is an outstanding childminder, very nice and someone you can rely on. Variety of activities to choose from. She is very versatile, My kids enjoy going there and I study with rest of mind knowing that they are happy and having fun. Thank you Anita!

Your biggest fear is who you can trust to leave your children with. Anita has been able to ease this fear for me in caring for my child as if he was her own. Most definitely a blessing. She keeps me up to date with all progression and activities with photos and a daily diary. Upon first meeting her my son warmed to her very well. Thank you Anita for being our childminder wouldn’t have it any other way.
