About Me
Hi we are a mother and daughter team of Childminders, along with our assistants we provide care and educate children between the ages 0 -10yrs. Offering full day care and a school wrap around service. We have been Cozy Tree for 17 years and our Ofsted rating is Good. Children and families will benefit from a loving home environment, where home cooked meals are prepared daily. A variety of activities, accessible to all helps to develop learning and create a fun atmosphere. Adults engage with children and along with the families provide tailored learning to prepare children for school.
We facilitate an educational program in regards of the EYFS where children learn through play, child-led, adult modelling and spontaneous learning is encouraged. We enjoy the outdoors twice a day in our equipped gardens, weekly we venture into the community using the parks, libraries, shops and streets to further our learning experience.
My Experience
Our experience expands over 40 years of caring for children and 30 years of professional experience. Our teams experience consist of level 3 in management, level 5, 3 and 2 qualified in childcare, all first aid trained, all have safeguarding training, food and hygiene certificates, SEND trained, and a host of certificates relating to childcare. We have a passion to teach and support the development and growth of children and their families. We have pet dogs, cats, fish and a tortoise. References are available upon request.
My Qualifications
Level 5 in Childcare, Management, Safeguarding and 25 years experience in working in Childcare.
My Availability
We are open 51 weeks a year excluding Christmas, bank holidays, weekends and staff training days.
Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm
We currently have spaces available for children 0-1 and 2-4 years old.
15 and 30 hours funded learning is available.

- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Childminding from £8.00 per hour
Daily £79.00, Half Day £48, Breakfast club and drop to school £10.00, Pick up from school and Tea £26.00. Holiday Scheme £48/£56 daily.
