My Experience

Following my undergraduate degree from Ravensbourne University, I undertook a PGCE at University College London where I specialized in science and SEND.

I am extremely passionate about my role as a teacher and believe my positive attitude and desire to continue to develop assists me in successfully providing children with outstanding care and support. I am highly motivated and ready to improve. I work hard and to a high standard and I pride myself on the relationships that I have with the children and their families, due to my friendly, approachable yet assertive nature. I channel a great deal of energy in developing children’s understanding of themselves and the role that they have as individuals, and in the various communities where they belong. I believe it is very important to instil good behaviours, high aspirations and respect for themselves and others whilst developing their social, moral and cultural awareness, especially in today’s diverse society.

I aspire to give children the opportunity to learn in an engaging, safe and supportive environment where they will develop fundamental skills for their futures. I have also learnt to promote a balanced, challenging and creative learning environment for children to progress through careful planning
