Disappointed

I’m unfortunately unable to leave a proper review as Kelly agreed to baby sit for me a week in advance and then stopped responding to my messages the day before the event I had agreed to go to. I sent 2 messages with my home address in and confirming the job. She ignored both. I have found this lack of communication incredibly unprofessional, rude and very disappointing seen as this was my first occasion using a baby sitter and even more so as childminder.co.uk is a payed for service!

I haven’t been able to look at any messages due to my screen on my phone being smashed, the phone I am using doesn’t allow what’s app & I only had your number on this.
I was replying up until my phone not being usable so I’m sorry I wasn’t able to read your message which had your address on otherwise I’d of came as planned. I have always received 5* reviews & have clients who use me on a regular.
