About Me
Hi, my name is Mandy Smith, I am a Nursery Nurse who has left the profession to start my own Childminding business and in 2023 became an Ofsted Registered Childminder and also a member of the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years(PACEY)
I am hard working, trustworthy and honest lady who loves spending time teaching and nurturing children of all ages. I offer home-to-home environment with lots of fun activities. I believe to let children be children and to explorer the world around them. So my setting is a free-flow setting and child-led.
I live at home with my husband and have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren.
My Experience
I am 54 years old and have been in Childcare since I was 24 years old. I have just left my recent job from a nursery that I was with for 10 years. I was the Baby room leader for 8 of those years. I have developed many skills along the way with all different age groups.

I do charge a daily rate for the day as I truly believe that all children need consistent routine and attending a full day will help them thrive and settle better.
