Jade was good with communication from the start and baby warmed to her immediately. She cared for our 12mth old for the day of a family wedding. Baby was unwell with fever and teething and fussy all day. Jade managed the situation perfectly, treated with calpol and cuddles and gave regular text updates. She had an appropriate threshold to ask me to return to breastfeed/provide comfort when she knew baby was too distressed. Could probably have found cheaper services but she helped us out and enabled us to enjoy the day so was worth every penny. Would not hesitate to use her service again.

Jade has only been working with our family a few months but has really become part of the family. She is friendly, warm and loving. Always full of energy, she takes initiative with activities with the children and keeps the little ones entertained for hours on end.
We will definitely be keeping her as part of the children’s lives and will be a lifelong friend.
