My Summary
About Me
A confident individual with a friendly personality who works well with others or independently as required. Demonstrating strong leadership and organisational skills. This candidate possesses strong communication skills shown through previous work and volunteering experience.
I have many interests, love to be outside and walking my dogs. I’m into many sports such as gymnastics, dance, horse riding, tennis, netball and use to play instruments such as the piano, flute and enjoy singing and performing arts.
Cooking is something I love to do, so creating a variety of different meals and healthy snacks is something I do daily for my family and friends. Baking cakes and cookies, arts and crafts and outside activities are things I love to do when I'm entertaining children. Working with kids has always been what I’m interested in, whether that be nannying, nursery care or teaching.
I feel that I have a warm, fun personality that people of different ages can relate to so when working with people older than myself, I feel valued and trusted as an equal. Friends often come to me for emotional support and advise so I would say this means I’m a good listener, trusting and able to asses and understand situations.
My Experience
Role: Nanny / PA
September 2022 - March 2023
Honor Oak - London. Caring for 3 Children ages 2-10.
This roles day to day would consist of preparing breakfast for the family, packing the school bags and dressing the girls for school, getting the two older girls to separate schools and having sole charge of the two year old throughout the day. Collection of the girls from school or clubs, completion of homework and preparing dinner for the family was how the days came to a close.
Naturally the majority of the day spent with the playful two year old meant we visited many clubs and learning groups as well as made a very conscious effort to do outside activities everyday come rain or shine. I love to do arts and crafts and to let their imagination run wild with her imaginative stories and games.
Of course keeping the house in order and tidy once the day was up was required. When the family went away, a full spring clean and organise of any toys or clothes that had been misplaced was completed.
