Emma provides a safe, warm and nurturing setting, our son was born during COVID 19 and wasn’t used to people other than those in our household. Emma was really compassionate and patient with him during the settling in process and worked with us all to ensure it was as stress free as possible. Emma put our minds at ease by keeping us informed of how our son was doing and the progress that he was making.

Emma works with the children to provide a developmental setting and our son regularly comes home and tells us what he has learnt. Furthermore, Emma takes the children to a variety of different activities during the day where our son takes part in walks, trips to the park, playgroups, arts and crafts, singing, dancing and playing with other children - there is never a quiet day!

Emma is happy to work with us and help to implement new routines such as toilet training etc. Our son is a funny eater and Emma worked with our son to ensure he ate at mealtimes and suggested techniques that we could use at home for consistency.

Emma is vigilant in her communication to us as parents and regularly provides photos and updates of our sons progress and what he has been up via the app.

Emma, her family and Jessie the dog provide a safe, clean, warm and friendly setting that feels like a second home to our son. We completely trust Emma and know that she cares for our son like one of her own children and couldn’t want anymore from her - she is amazing and our we are so lucky to have her as our childminder!
