About Me
Hello, I’m Olivia and I am 19 years old. I have just started university at Northumbria after having taken a gap year and had chance to travel. I am taking international business at university and am hoping to improve my Spanish. I have worked with children for a long time and so am looking for childcare jobs during my university years.
My Experience
I have had 2 years of childcare experience working within schools during every holiday, running holiday clubs as an activity leader. This role meant that I had to run activities for children aged 3-13 for up to 10 hours a day.During the holiday club I had to provide meals for the children as well as build relationships which them to make them feel safe. I ran activities such as arts and crafts and sports, catering for all of the different ages and adapting the activities accordingly. Durning the pandemic I also had the responsibility of leading more educational activities such as simple maths and English and helping with the children’s online schooling. I have a DBS check. I have also babysat regularly since I was 16 and really love looking after kids. I am very flexible in my hours due to having half of my timetable online.

GCSEs : all passed, grades 4-7
A-levels: English: B, Business: B, Sociology: A
Currently studying: International business management
Up to date DBS check.
My Availability
I only have 3 in person hours for university so I am very flexible with my hours. The hours which I have to be in university are normally in the morning from around 9-11.
