I am a caring, reliable and engaging person who is ready to muck in with family life! I have 8 years experience as a self-employed nanny and dog-walker.
I’m fully insured, dbs checked, Paediatric first aid trained, have a full driving license and own car. I pride myself on making warm, effective and long-lasting relationships with all the families I work with, and have references available to contact immediately.
My Experience
I have a breadth of experience with ages from newborn to teenagers, in a number of roles including mothers help, sole-charge, proxy-parenting and homeschooling. My main experience is with pre-school and primary aged children, but have worked with considerable younger children from newborn and also with larger sibling groups.
I am also very experience and comfortable with all family pets and have always dog-walked as part of my service, with some experience of horses. As well as this I am very outdoorsy, enjoying swimming and hiking in my spare time, and love getting childre learning from and experiencing nature.
I am also a very proficient cook and general foody, coming from an Italian family I have grown up with a love of home cooked, nutritious food and have become very comfortable with batch cooking and providing healthy meals for the families I work for. I also have experience of cooking and managing food allergies, including celiac disease and dairy intolerances.

My Availability
I’m looking for a part-time childcare job working 25-30 hours over 3 days, whilst I complete a part-time PhD in Education.
I’m also available for ad-hoc babysitting throughout the week.
