About Me
Hi. My name is Katerina. I am a creative,responsible ,experienced childminder and mother of 3 boys. I love working with children and believe they are their happiest when in a caring,happy, and secure environment. As a parent myself, I believe in flexibility and reliability, and I am offering the same to my families. I provide care from Mon-Fri in surrounding areas. I am offering warm, home cooked nutritious meals, as healthy eating is very important to me. I am using my own produce, and children will have the chance to learn all about that. I offer local school pick-ups and drop-offs. I am very flexible on times and days .
My Experience
I am a mother of 3 wonderful boys, aged 23,21, and 3. I have worked in childcare as a nanny for 6+ years, and I was an aupair for 4 years. I have also worked with children in primary and secondary school for the past 14 years as Learning support assistant. We have recently relocated to Orpington, and after my maternity leave, I have decided to leave my job as a learning assistant to persue my career as a childminder to give me more flexibility around looking after my 3 year old son. I love the outdoors and have a lovely garden for children to use with plenty of outdoor toys like mud kitchen, trampoline, and playhouse. I have great knowledge of local parks and playgroups. We regularly visit local farms, where we attend seasonal activities. We have 2 lovely cats, Zeus and Cleo, who are part of our family.I am looking for a family to start working for from September. I have completed a First Aid course, and I am DBS checked. I am registered with the childminding agency, and my registration number is displayed on my profile.
My Qualifications
GCSE in Czech language,biology,maths.
FCE in English
16 yrs+ experience working in childcare ages newborn-17 yrs old

Katerina looked after my children, who are now 17 and 11, throughout their primary school years, and I can’t recommend her enough. She created a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where my kids thrived. From picking them up after school to keeping them engaged with fun activities and helping with homework, Katerina was always reliable and thoughtful.
Both of my children loved spending time with her, and her influence is clear in the way they’ve grown into confident, happy individuals. Her patience, kindness, and flexibility were a huge help to our family. If you’re looking for someone you can trust completely with your children, Katerina is the absolute best!

Katerina worked as a nanny for my three children for four years. Katerina is an excellent nanny - she is very kind, capable and reliable. I always had complete confidence that my children were well looked after in a secure and fun environment and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for childcare.
