About Me
Hey there! My name is Sophie and I am a qualified nursery practitioner (SQCF Level 7 social and health care (children and young people) I originally come from a small West Coast town called Oban but now live with my sister in Glasgow. I have worked with children from the age of 5 weeks to 15 years and in a variety of different settings. These range from working in outdoor nurseries, private nurseries, community-based childcare provisions, in-house care and as a dance and sports coach. I enjoy being active and I am enthusiastic about working with children and enjoying facilitating early years education. Thank you!
My Experience
I have had experience with working with children for 5 years and I am qualified at a SCQF level 7 Health and social care (children and young people) I have looked after children from the age of 5 weeks to 15 years and have recently been working in a private nursery working with children aged 6 months to 5 years.
My Qualifications
In High School I gained a C at higher PE And Modern Studies. I also have a level B at Nat5 English, A at Nat5 PE and a B at Nat5 Modern Studies. I have a level 7 Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) I also have Child protection and Children Through Play training. I am PVG checked, and SSSC certified.
My Availability
I am available Monday to Friday daytime and evening and can also be flexible at weekends.
