Full time and part time available places My name is Gloria I am Ofsted registered and my OFSTED Grades are GOOD IN ALL AREAS .
I live in Radcliffe I have up to date first aid training and DBS checks .I have new born experience, early years and special needs experience. I work with in statutory framework for the early years. I have been married for 25 years and a mother with two sons. I am a none smoking and a warm welcoming person. My home is clean and i have a separate playroom I can provide breakfast and healthy snacks I can provide an healthy home made lunch at an extract cost.
In 2002 I became a part time registered child minder I enjoy supporting children reach their goals.
At the same time as being a child minder I worked for H.M.C.S ( Her Majesty's court service) in a secure safe house, my role was supporting and the house keeper and my responsibilities was being part of a team and to provide outstanding care to Judges, lords, ladies and their clerks.
I have been a foster carer and worked for the local Authority .This was a rewarding career, more importantly me and my family have made a positive difference to children's lives. We are honoured that we can keep in contact with the children and their new forever family this as extended my family.
My childminded children enjoy arts ,crafts ,baking, songs music, story time and out door activities ,messy play this as helped built their confidence and social skills and development .
Parents are happy we work in partnerships together and I follow the national curriculum to support their learning and education.
The Children enjoy their time at the setting in a nurturing ,home from home environment.
We visited ,parks, museums, farm and sometimes go to play groups and soft play centres at a small fees this can be provided.
The children thrive from the secure child friendly garden and care with plenty of out door toys, and activities ,water play, painting, mark making planting making dens.
We visit the local canal to feed the ducks ,swains and geese and a short walk to the local farm to see the farm animals. There are a good choice parks with in short walking distance.
My Experience
I have been a parent for 24 years. I have been a foster carer and a registered childminder, I have worked with children who have been under speech and language, Portage workers ,CAMHS and special education needs.
I worked for Her Majesty's Court Services confidentiality, honesty, good communication was a requirement and a necessity requirement which this is enforce in my child minding.

7.30am until 5.30pm.

Gloria is a fantastic childminder. She gives a home from home educational and caring environment with all children’s holistic care needs met. Gloria is open and honest and our children love going and we can go to work with absolute peace of mind. Regular updates through the day give us peace of mind. Whole heartedly recommend Gloria.
