Dear family,

My name is Adelina.

I'm an experienced nanny with glowing references, looking for a long term position.

During my previous roles I have been caring for children from newborns to early teenagers.

Performing all tasks correlated to the children : school and extracurricular activities drop off/pick up, supervising homework and bedtime, settling napping, sleeping and feeding routines, supporting them through the weaning, teething and potty training process, ensuring they are safe at all times, maintaining the nursery and the playing area clean and tidy, undertaking and planning appropriate indoors and cultural outgoing activities ( classes, museum, play-dates, library... ) to allow them to reach expected age related milestones and motor skills.

Sharing with them values such as respect, kindness, table manners, etiquette … to prepare their future social and cultural behaviour.

I have an excellent understanding of "child development". I can support a child to successfully get through every stage of his development to maximise his physical, cognitive and emotional well-being. My approach is a mix of my professional experiences and knowledge that I have gained by reading child development books. I follow the Nature/Nurture theory too.

Besides creating a stimulating and nurturing environment in which they can thrive and develop, I have been cooking from scratch daily healthy and well balanced meals to make sure they receive every nutrients they need to grow into good health and develop a strong immune system.

I’m totally English fluent. I’m a native speaking French and Spanish. My education is a mix of both cultures. I'm a very well mannered, minded and educated individual with strong family values. I have a very healthy and active lifestyle based on homemade food and physical activities: fitness, yoga, meditation, swimming.... I'm passionate about French poetry,Ancient Civilisation, Opera, Archeology, and have extended knowledge in Gastronomie and Luxury lifestyle : fashion, jewellery, beauty, wellness,wellbeing

I’m a mature, responsible and discreet person able to develop a good relationship with both family and staff members and help with personal matters always with discretion and diplomacy.

Mainly working with very busy households, I’m always on time, very flexible and fully committed to my job. I have valuable experience at multitasking with accuracy and efficiency, I can be a helpful and proactive pair of hands to your family. I can handle different household and personal errands such as home maintenance, shopping for food or supplies, arranging personal appointments, packing up for travel or any requirements your family may have to ensure your household is running smoothly.
