My Requirements

Hi!
We’re a friendly family looking for an after school nanny. We have 3 kids, but most of the nanny’s time would be with after school care for the 2 older kids (aged 7 and 5). The youngest is in full time nursery - but on rare occasions he’ll require some care as well. They’re all very happy, easy going kids who just enjoy playing and learning.

It would pay £15 per hour (gross). We live in Abernethy (20 minute bus ride from Perth).

The hours would be:
Mondays & Fridays: 15:00-18:00
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 15:00-17:00

Some additional babysitting can be arranged on occasion if you’re available and this would pay overtime.

The duties would be playing with the kids, helping them with their homework, reading with them (and helping teach the 5 year old learn how to read), drop off / pick up from school and nursery, kids laundry, making packed lunches and cooking the dinner.

Our ideal nanny would be fun, love children, love playing with them and be genuinely interested in their development. They’d have lots of experience with primary school aged kids and, in particular, have looked after multiple kids at the same time. Due to the need to drop off / pick up, you’d need to have a driving licence. We’ll give you access (and insurance) to our family car for the work as it’s easier with the child seats. We’re very keen on our kids eating nutritiously as they have coeliac (allergy to gluten), so the nanny would hopefully enjoy the challenges of cooking and making healthy food seem exciting to kids.
