About Me

I AM CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE AND ON MATERNITY LEAVE
I have recently moved to Buckinghamshire. I previously lived in London where I worked in a variety of educational settings including being Deputy Head at a primary school. I have been at teacher for 10 years and supplemented this with tutoring and babysitting. I am passionate about working with children, looking after them and seeing them flourish! I am looking to support parents with either babysitting/tutoring/homework help especially in the Beaconsfield area. I do however have a car so I would be prepared to go further afield if required.

My Experience

I qualified with a PGCE in 2008 at Roehampton, Froebels University. I then worked in a London Day school in Reception and Year One, followed by a position as Deputy Head. I supplemented my work with homework help, tutoring, preparing for 7+ exams and babysitting. I then worked in a top London Nursery for a year before recently moving to Buckinghamshire where I now work in a preschool. Within the preschool I am heading up the phonics program to improve Literacy levels amongst the children and we have seen fantastic results.

My Fees

Tutoring from £50.00 per hour

Babysitting -£12 an hour
Tutoring - £40 per hour (with a focus on children 7 years and under who need help to raise Literacy Levels) However I can of course help with all other aspects of the curriculum
