Just spoke with Marzena yesterday 05/09 to arrange school holidays for October. I told her will let her know quickly as need to check few places with prices. I did it b4 9am today and emailed her straight away asking to email me proof of address and passport and ofsted no. as she needed deposit. Normal request not knowing who she is and where lives. She emailed me not long ago around 2pm today 06/09 that she is not obligated to show me docs and she doesn't have place anymore. You judge for yourself people. For me it's very rude.

Hi Sylwia,
This review is not fair and false. You asked for my private receipts and my passport. When’s you was checking other providers and got back to me I got booked up as half terms and start of the year gets really busy. You have never come to my setting for a visit so the review on my settings like cleanless, food or others its false. Working over 20 years experience I never experienced rude , conflict customer like you.
