About Me
Hi there my name is Helen and I have been a childminder for 16 years with an ofsted rating of Outstanding. I live with my husband Wayne and I have one daughter Molly who is at University. Our home is friendly and I provide a loving, safe, and supportive learning environment for children to be cared for in and for all children to develop in key learning goals.
I am a very easily approachable person and treat all parents and children as individuals.
I love my job and I am keen to keep up to date with new regulations and developments.
Children have free access to both indoor and outdoor play and have a wide range of resources to choose from. The children have a dedicated play room to play in which is fitted with low level equipment.
Children have plenty of opportunities to explore activities both within the setting and we like to explore the outdoors at local parks, adventure play, farms, National Trust gardens and many more. A wide choice of play stimulates a child's wellbeing.
I run a playgroup on a Wednesday morning where children can join in with others and explore many activities.
All food is cooked fresh to provide a healthy and balanced diet.
I provide a daily journal for each child under the age of 3 which details activities undertaken, sleep, food eaten etc. This can be read by yourself in an evening and is an excellent keepsake and communication tool.

I am a highly experienced childminder and have been registered with Ofsted since November 2003.
I thrive to work to excellent standards.
I am an approved Trafford Childminder and I work alongside a Development Officer to meet guidelines in order that I can deliver the 2 Year and 3 Year Government Childcare Funding.
In 2019 I was awarded Communication Champion status by the Mayor of Manchester for extensive training I have participated in.
My aim is to work alongside yourselves and provide a caring and stimulating learning environment for your child whilst you are at work.

Full time, term time only contracts, flexible shifts, part time and funded placements.
I exclusively drop off and collect children from the Willows School in Timperley.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
Rates are negotiable and flexible depending on hours required.
Rates inclusive of food, nappies and wipes.
Before and after school £6 per hour
