About Me

We’re a warm and caring family, who live between Wanstead and Manor Park in East London. We have two lovely daughters aged 4 and 7. I'm freelance but tend to work on long contracts. My husband runs his own business. We work in the city but occasionally from home. Our work is demanding so we're looking for a reliable and long-term nanny who can support our family and provide continuity for our children. Our girls are playful and kind - they're great fun to be around.

After School and Holiday Long-Term Nanny Required

School term: 3pm-6pm.
School holidays: 8:30am - 6pm.

We’re a warm and caring family, who live between Wanstead and Manor Park in East London. We are looking for a reliable and experienced nanny for our two lovely daughters aged 7 and 4 years. Our children both attend our local primary school (15 minute walk), which finishes at 3:20pm. We are looking for a nanny to collect the girls from school and look after them until 6pm, five days a week during term time. Then during school holidays, 8:30am - 6pm, again 5 days a week. We are looking for an experienced, long-term nanny who will bring joy, care and security to our girls and family.

We could offer 2pm-6pm 3 of the 5 days a week. To prepare meals and keep on top of the childrens’ playroom, bedroom and washing. If the right candidate is looking for extended hours.

We live in a close-knit community with many of the girls’ friends from school a short walking distance from our house. We are surrounded by parks and green space, which the girls love spending time in. We are keen to enrol the girls in local clubs, which can be accessed via foot, bus or car.

Start date: Ideally during August ‘24 to start a settling in period before the school term starts, on 4th September.

Holiday: 25 days paid holiday

Location: London (E12).

Driving: Our preference is to find a nanny who is a confident driver with a clean UK drivers license. We have off street parking. However, this is not essential as we have good transport links, accessible by either Manor Park (Elizabeth Line) or Wanstead (Central Line).
