About Me
I have a PhD in Astrophysics and I have worked as a researcher and teacher at the University for a while before moving to the private sector. After having a baby I decided to become a private tutor.
My Experience
I have been tutoring for the past 3 years. My subject range spans from 11 plus to A-level. I helped students with their year 6 SATS, all GCSE scientific subjects and Maths, Physics A level. I am available in teaching Italian as it is my native language.
100% of my GCSE students that applied to Stratford-upon-Avon Girl School for 6th form got in.
My Qualifications
PhD in Astrophysics, Master degree in Astrophysics, Bachelor degree in Physics.
My Availability
I am available every weekday after school, preferably in my own home, but I am willing to travel short distance if necessary. I would happily accept small groups of up to 4 students.

Melissa has been tutoring my daughter in mathematics for the past few months. We have both found her encouraging and extremely knowledgeable, she provides clear and consise directions to my daughter helping her to fully understand the curriculum in preparation for her GCSEs.
Very happy and I will be using Melissa again next year to help my son with his 11+.
