Delphine is amazing!!

We feel so lucky to have found Delphine as a childminder for our daughter, Nova, who absolutely adores her. From the moment we met Delphine, it was clear that she genuinely loves and enjoys what she does, and that passion shines through in the care she provides.

She creates such a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment for the children. They spend so much time outdoors, getting fresh air and exploring nature, as well as doing wonderful arts and crafts activities. She also prepares lovely, nutritious meals, which is just another example of how much thought and care she puts into their well-being.

Nova has flourished under Delphine’s care—she is a happy, confident little girl with fantastic communication skills, which I truly believe is thanks to the time and effort Delphine puts into engaging with her and the other children.

Wonderful childminder

Delphine really is a wonderful childminder. She cared for our daughter between the ages of 1-2 years and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It was lovely to hear about all the fun and learning they would get up to and Delphine keeps you up to date throughout the day so we could see what she had been up to and know whilst we were at work she was in safe hands and having lots of fun. She goes above and beyond to keep you updated, with an update at pick up too you feel like you’ve almost been with her, and really understand what your child has been up to from how long she has napped, to what she has eaten, to the amount of nappies she has had changed!

Our daughter really flourished there, from dropping off our little lockdown baby who had never spent the day with anyone else, she settled really quickly attending only one day a week, which we put down to Delphine’s calm, caring and wonderful nature. She is now a confident, chatty and bright two year old and came back from Delphine’s house doing yoga, singing and dancing (hop little bunnies is still a favourite), learning her numbers, shapes and colours.

It is lovely to still meet up with Delphine and her children and little ones for a play date, our daughter still asks excitedly if she can go to ‘Delphine’s house today’ and talks about Delphine’s children and the little ones that attend fondly, a sure sign of how much of an impact she had in her little life.

Wonderful!!

Our daughter has been in Delphine’s care for 2 years and absolutely adores her!! We simply can’t recommend Delphine enough, she is wonderful!!

From the moment we met Delphine we could so clearly see how passionate she is about what she does! We’ve had such a wonderful relationship right from the beginning and always knew that we were putting our child in the most competent, caring, safe and supportive hands.

Delphine plans every day with care, with trips to the local parks and visits to the library along with various playgroups and seasonal-related activities, together with thoughtful themes, games and exercises to support child learning and development through play and exploration.

She provides us with detailed daily updates along with photos, as well as regular catch-ups and activities to support learning during our holidays & outside of the setting.

Our daughter has really blossomed there and is always so excited to spend the day with Delphine, and she just adores Delphine’s children who have taken on a bit of an older sibling role. Our baby boy will absolutely join them all when the time is right, as we feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful, caring and passionate Childminder.

Wonderful Childminder

Delphine is exactly the kind of person you would want to look after your children. I was very nervous about putting my baby girl into childcare but when I found Delphine all my worries disappeared.

My daughter adores being with Delphine, she has progressed so much during her time with her. I love receiving regular updates and photos throughout the day. By day 3 of being in Delphine’s care my daughter was reaching out for her the minute the door opened!

Delphine is great at coming up with inventive games and activities that the children love. There is also the added bonus of your child learning French in a fun, relaxed environment!

I really can’t recommend her highly enough.

Better than Mary Poppins!

My 2 girls attended Delphine’s setting. (one full time and the other 1day/week). She is the most marvellous Childminder I have ever met. Delphine has a true passion for children and took care of my little 1 year old like she would her own.
They did outings, trips to the park, library, playgroups and Insta-worthy activities at home. My daughter really flourished and developed so many skills and character.
Delphine cooked everything at home. Always fresh food. I can honestly say that my daughter had more fruit and veg at her childminder’s than at home!The girls have absolutely loved coming to Delphine’s setting and it is with a true heavy heart that we are finding ourselves needing to stop.

Communication was also always very clear. I loved receiving photos during the day about what they were up to. Always made my day.

I most definitely would recommend Delphine to anyone contemplating working with her. She has incredibly great work ethics and always goes the extra mile with a smile.
