Hey Parents,
My name is Vikki and I am 29 years old and am currently looking for a position as a PT Nanny within the N1 area.
I have a gorgeous, kind 4 year old daughter, Elsie, who is super sociable and loves spending time with other children (older or younger).
We really enjoy spending time outdoors and I feel that this plays a vital role in a childs development (no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing). I live in Hackney, East London, so have access and first hand experienced many amazing children's centers.
My hobbies and interests consist of visiting new places and of course, socialising with my mummy friends. I also know a large network of Nannies and we often meet for play dates.

My Experience
Being a mum has given me every skill needed to care for children. I understand fully the importance of routine and continuity and the impact this has on a child's development. I have always been a very active mum and feel it has been vital to Elsie's development that we attend local activities such as singing, reading, messy play and many outdoors. I have noticed a huge difference in her language and communication since doing so.
Some of the activities I like to do with Elsie at home are, arts and crafts, baking, messy play, reading and construction. I also like to get them both outdoors and take them to day time activities such as local childrens centers, parks and farms where we learn about animals and insects.
I have also gained a lot of knowledge from my Auntie who has had 15 years experience as an Early Years Coordinator and Family Support Worker for local authorities. This has given me lots of insight into key areas of child development including language and communication, knowledge and understanding of the world, physical development and safeguarding.

GCSE's (8 B - C's) - Certificate in Strengthening Families
My Availability
I am available to start ASAP and am looking for a minimum of 16 hours per week. Elsie will be with me during working hours but in January she will be starting nursery and will be collected at 3.30 but will still be available .
