Lena was so helpful on short notice to take my son in and was reassuring with her suggestions. He cried a lot as he was still used to being accustomed to others and Lena was so hands-on ensuring he did not miss me so much while updating me with pictures as well.

I was really nervous to leave my son with someone as he can be quite attached to me. Lena has been amazing. She has a lovely house with lots of toys and has a very homely feel, also has a lovely garden. Lena has been great. My son loves going to Lena’s and asks when he is next going now. I would highly recommend.

Lena has looked after my son since he was a baby for over 10 years. During this time she has shown consistently high levels and professionalism and kindness. Her home is spotless and filled with toys and crafts and she has a spacious garden for the summer months. My son always looked forward to going to Lena's and made many friends. She treats the children in her care like her own and I trust her implicitly with the care of my son. Lena goes the extra mile by celebrating each child's birthday with a cake and candles and throws a Christmas party each year. She always provided feedback on my son's progress and how his day had been. She even collated a precious scrapbook of his time spent in her care. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Lena to any parent looking for a childminder.

Lena is a great childminder who has looked after my two children since they were tiny. She is kind, caring and fun and goes out of her way to play and teach the children while they are with her. Her house is always spotless but homely too. She is flexible and willing to cater to individual needs - I cannot recommend her highly enough! I too was nervous about leaving my children with someone I didn't know well but as soon as you meet Lena you will know they are in the best hands. Peace of mind is key when its your children.

Lena has been absolutely marvellous with my 2 children. I would recommend Lena to all parents who want the best care for thier children. She has been so helpful and accommodating I could not ask for more from her. She has successfully potty trained both my son and daughter without any fuss, I have complete confidence that my children are well cared for. When I was initially looking for childcare Lena was recommended by my midwife and is also very well known at the local school as a very good childminder. I could not be happier with her dedication and care for my children.
Unfortunately I am only allowed to give Lena 5 stars for cleanliness, if it were possible I’d give 10 stars. Not all childminders are as fastidious as Lena.
