Wouldn't 3 days worth of money spent for my child even though she cancelled on us last minute and didn't provide the service.
Threatened us with a fake contract that we had never signed to extort 4 weeks payment at £365 per week.
Cancelled because I told her not to call my partner at discuss “her feelings” unless its regarding my daughter’s progress and wellbeing.
Somehow my child’s clothes (vests, trousers, tops, jumpers) ended up all dirty in less than 4 hours so I could come and pick her up but she wanted to be paid for the full day.
Called me frantic telling me my child seemed unwell ended up being 2 pimples on chin but again wanted to be paid for full day.
Ended up losing days off work because of this and ended up in counselling because of the anxiety and stress we were put through.
