As a highly experienced and qualified Newborn Care Specialist, Sleep Trainer and Routine Consultant, I am here to offer you support with your new addition through those sleepless nights and hectic days by getting them and yourself into a good and simple routine. A routine that's easy to follow and personalised to your family. As a qualified Maternity Practitioner, I have an extensive amount of years experience working along side new parents and their new additions.
Aswell nights, I offer personalised written routines and sleep training. Along side this, I offer over the phone consultations for those wishing for support and guidance with self sleep training and trouble shooting.
My Experience
When it comes to guidance and support, I like to make sure I take into account your family lifestyle and what works for you. I am happy to take full rein when it comes to routine but also happy to follow any wishes you may have as a family.
I have dealt with all aspects of baby care including: helping parents settle into newborn life, settling into a routine, sleep training, feeding routines, breastfeeding advice and follow on routine guidance. As a qualified Maternity Practitioner I have an extensive amount of experience with newborns, including many sets of twins, and have been lucky enough to work along side many high profile families, so I know how to be descreet.
Aside all of this, I also have experience with phone consultations for those who are looking for more of a guidance to try themselves, rather than in person care.

We cannot recommend Jojo highly enough! She supported us for two nights a week during the first three months of our daughter Ava’s life and was an absolute godsend. From the very first night, Jojo’s calm, knowledgeable approach put us completely at ease. She not only cared for Ava with such love and gentleness but also taught my husband and me so much about newborn sleep. Thanks to her guidance, Ava was sleeping through the night by the end of our time together...something we never thought possible so early on!
Jojo was always punctual, professional, and respectful of our home, yet warm and reassuring at every interaction. Her expertise and genuine care made those early weeks so much more manageable and enjoyable for our whole family. If you’re lucky enough to have the chance to work with Jojo, don’t hesitate. She’s truly exceptional.

Jojo was brilliant. I had been nervous with this being our first baby and our first experience of having a night nurse, but how wrong I was. Jojo was brilliant, having her for that first night home from the hospital after my c section was a game changer. It really set me up for success as a first time mum.
Jojo is so knowledgeable, confident and happy to offer advice, support and guidance where wanted and needed. Our baby struggled with some mild colic signs but Jojo made some great recommendations which resolved the issues. Jojo also got us into a brilliant bed time routine and baby is now happily sleeping well at 6 weeks, whilst thriving and gaining great weight.
Jojo made me feel at ease and it was lovely catching up with her when she would arrive for the evening.
Would highly recommend!!

I got in contact with Jojo to explore working with her in her Sleep Consultancy capacity. For 2 weeks we worked together remotely, across 3 phone calls and plenty of WhatsApp messages, as she helped me with my 3 week old baby. I was keen to create “good sleep habits” and Jojo got it immediately. She listens to your situation and what you want to achieve then creates a plan which she guides you through expertly. I loved, as a new mum, having someone to speak to and get advice from. My baby is nearly 6 weeks and has got some really good sleep habits now thanks to Jojo. When the time comes to give her a “routine” I’ll be back in touch as Jojo’s methods and advice really work! Also a lovely lady in general who is very responsive and kind natured.
