About Me
I live in Cricklewood just off Pennine drive NW2. I am a mother of two grown up children. I have been graded Outstanding by Ofsted in my setting. I am also a Quality Assured Childminder with Barnet and I have been a mentor to many childminders. I provide a warm, caring and safe environment. I have various activities, arts & crafts, making play dough, baking and much more. We have an all weather garden where the children can play with a large range of outside toys, including sand & water play, gardening, sit & ride toys, plus lots more. I am fully insured with Childcare.co.uk. References are available. I attend Parkfield's Children Centre, St Agnes and Chatterbox toddler groups regularly.
My Experience
I have been childminding for many years. I enjoy looking after children and find childminding a very rewarding and satisfying job. It's great to see each child grow and develop new skills.
My Qualifications
I am trained at level 3 qualification in Early Years and I hold a current paediatric First Aid certificate, Safety Food certificate, Epi - Pen trained, Safeguarding children, I have completed Makaton training Level 4, along with many other childcare related courses. Ofsted registration/report, DBS and other certificates are available.
I have completed a Diploma in 'children and young people's workforce'.

My Fees

I offer competitive rates for full or part time care. Price includes all meals, snacks and toddler group fees. Please contact me for a brochure or to arrange a date to visit.

My son has been with Gill for four months now (he was 6.5 months old when he started). Since the day we met her, there was an instant connection. She is a very warm, kind, patient, loving and very experienced childminder. She listened and answered to all of my questions and concerns from day one, giving us all the patience that my son (but specially I needed) to make the transition so much easier.
We get regular updates with lovely pictures of the activities they do throughout the day. Gill and David put a lot of effort in planning activities so the children can have fun and learn. There is always a project happening where the children discover new things. I love that my son (who is the youngest one at the moment) is interacting with children of different ages. He loves to observe and imitates them. Gill and David make sure all the children are loving and caring with each other.
Gill is also very good with the admin work, she has been great at keeping us promptly informed in all the government guidelines during 2020 and 2021. Her setting is spacious, safe, spotless clean and you can see the layout was arranged for the children to make the most of the space to learn and have fun.
We don’t have family here, but Gill feels like part of the family to us. Someone that really cares and loves our child while we are working. We couldn’t be happier with her.
