My Requirements

We are looking for a temporary nanny for 6 weeks or so after my husband goes back to work from paternity leave to help get me though the hardest newborn patch where their feeds and naps are so unpredictable. Starting 24 February until either 24 March or 9 April. Potential to extend after Easter if desired by everyone. In terms of what the nanny would be doing, they work alongside me dividing up the 3 kids depending on what is needed so either helping make the older two lunch/dinner, doing school run for eldest (we live in Balcombe village and she goes to Balcombe primary), taking baby for a nap walk, playing with our toddler in the playroom while I feed the baby, keeping an eye on the baby in between feeds while i have some time with my toddler, taking toddler to the local playground, doing homework with our eldest, helping me with bath and bed time. If the nanny would be happy to then occasional help with putting on and hanging laundry or tidying up kids toys would be much appreciated. It would be mostly based in and around our house or the village and I would be around a lot so wouldn’t really suit someone who prefers a role that’s very independent or likes to do lots of outings. Pay is negotiable so if you’re interested happy to discuss what you feel is a fair amount. Hours are also potentially a bit flexible if you need something slightly different but ideally around 12-7pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
