About Me
Hi. My name is Janette Booker. I’m 37 and have raised 2 children of my own (19 and 15) i have 2 shih zhus, raised from 8 weeks old and have always been around children, they are both 11 years old now. We are a husband and wife team and have been providing childcare for 6 years now from our home.
My Experience
I have passed my level 3 preparing to work in a home based child care setting. Paediatric first aid trained and also hold level 2 food and hygiene. Aswell as this I also took some short courses through pacey. Dbs is up to date also. Certificates can be seen.
I have worked with with children for the last 18 years now with age ranges between 6 months to 18 years old, some with special dietary requirements. Also have SEN experience from when I worked as an inclusion assistant.
My husband is also first aid paediatric trained.
My Qualifications
Level 3 hbca
Level 2 food and hygiene
Level 2 maths
Level 2 English
Paediatric first aid (renewed every year)
Full driving licence
My Availability
Available from 7:30am- 5:30pm Monday to Thursday. Currently drop/pick up from The oval. My hourly rate is £5.50ph
Daily rate available also
Before/ and after school
I do offer the 15/30 hours funded hours for 2 and 3/4year olds.
And will be offering the 15 hours funding for 9 month olds from September 2024.
I also accept tax free childcare and voucher schemes
