My Experience

2021-2022 I have been looking after two lovely sisters, aged 1 and 3. I took care after girls only for 7 months because I was pregnant but during that time I really got close with little ones as a I am very empathetic and I really get along with children. My duties include cooking healthy meals, planning activities for little one, drop off pick up from nursery, organising play dates.

2019-2021 I have been looking after siblings, a little girl aged 3 and a boy aged 5. My duties include planning fun activities, helping develop their speech, reading, letters and social and practical skills. I cook healthy and balanced meals, take children to playgroups and classes, drop off and pick up from school. I’m great at finding interesting places to go to with children, our days are always busy discovering new playgrounds, parks, museums, soft-plays. During lockdown, I have been very creative organising interesting activities at home like arts and crafts, messy play, cooking, painting, board games, role play etc.


2018-2019 I was working for two families. For two days of the week I was looking after a 2,5 year old girl and for the other three days I was looking after two sisters, aged 6 and 3. Some of my duties included preparing healthy meals, taking children for activities such as playgroups, ballet, museums, soft-plays and walks around parks.

2017-2018 I worked full-time at a home nursery in Fulham. My duties included reading to children and teaching them simple painting, drawing, handicrafts, and songs. I kept individual records on each child, including daily observations. I am very well organised, I have often looked after five children aged 0-2, while older children had lessons such as French, Spanish or Montessori.
