My Summary

My Experience

I have volunteered for my local Girl Guiding organisation from ages 14-18 in which I was responsible for organising and running fun and educational activities for girls from ages 7-11. During this time I became experienced in working alongside and caring for children with Autism and have also been First Aid trained.

I became DBS checked in 2019 so I was able to become a reliable part time caretaker of a family of three foster children. This involved occasionally living in and caring for the children throughout the day and evening, preparing nutritional meals for them and helping with homework.

I joined a care agency at the beginning of 2022 and started working at a school in Bournemouth, with pupils aged 3-15 with a comprehensive range of SEND and complex needs. My time there massively widened my range of skills with working with children, especially understanding the responsibility and importance of my role for the safety of the children.

For the past year I have been working at a nursery in Margate where I have updated my DBS and gained my paediatric first aid certificate!! I have loved my time there but am ready for a new adventure!!

My Qualifications

I have 8 GCSES in English, Maths, Further Maths, Science, Geography, Philosophy, Spanish and Arts Award and passed the IB with 32 points in English, Maths, Spanish, Biology, Philosophy and Psychology

My Availability

I can drive so am available to get to and from jobs, I about to end my position at my current job so will complete freedom with my hours, I am also happy to start early hours of the morning!!

• Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)
