About Me
I am a mum of 2 children, my little girl will join Year 1 in September and my little boy is 2. We moved to Hayling Island in October 2018 & we all love it. What a lovely community to bring my children up in - and where better than by the seaside!!
My Experience
I have been a child minder now for 4 years but on my own as Gemmas Little Gems since living here . Initially I worked alongside my mum who has been looking after children for 7 years prior to me joining her. Between us over the years we have had a wide range of ages, times we provided care & needs we have accommodated to suit each child's needs.
My Qualifications
I have passed all the relevant qualifications needed to become a childminder and have been approved by Ofsted. I have also attended several courses to improve my knowledge and learning on prevent, SEND and paediatric first aid.
