About Me

Hello, I'm Roxane.

I have a 5 years experience as a nanny in Paris (I'm French) and I have a 6 years old boy of my own.
I'm looking for a part time job/babysitting close to where I live since I don't drive.
I'm OFSTED registered, I have a clear enhanced DBS check, Common Core Skills and Knowledge, First Aid training and a nanny insurance cover.

Above all else, I think it's important that we are on the same page regarding the children's education. It's unfortunately not the case with the family I'm currently working for since July 2024, which make it difficult for me to find joy in my work.

I'm looking for a family that will appreciate my calm, discreet and caring nature.
I'm hoping that you want a structured environment with routines to allow your children to learn and explore safely and encourage their autonomy.
I'm all about a positive and nurturing approach when a child misbehaves but I think that sometimes firmness is preferable to laxity if it can allow the child to learn from their mistakes or resolve a recurring problem that is affecting their long-term happiness.
I'm into crafting, singing, dancing, movies, nature, animals, video games, cooking/baking and everything that can nurture the mind, so you need to be willing to provide me with any equipment/material I might need for the children.
I really enjoy cooking, especially with the kids, so it will be a pleasure to make healthy afternoon snacks or even lunch/diner when you don't have the time.

Being a mom myself, I can understand the challenges of being a parent. I believe in a kind and non-judgmental approach to parenthood and I will do my best to allow you spend quality time with your children.
