Hello, my name is Rebecca and I am an experienced Nanny working in central Bristol. I am a kind and reliable person who is passionate about child development. I hold a Valid DBS certificate. I have worked as a nanny for two families previously and also have experience working in a nursery school. I'm also an artist and hope to run creative workshops for children in the future!
My Experience
I became interested in childcare when I started working for the nursery school, Growing up Green. Before going to university, I worked with a great family with three children in Brighton. I am a fun and interactive Nanny/babysitter, who is committed to ensuring children's safety, happiness and progression through play. I hold a valid DBS certificate and have under-gone a lot of training at the nursery. I have also I cared for two girls aged 5 and 3, three times a week for 4 months. My duties involved general house work, after school pick ups and preparing dinner.
I have previously tutored teens aged 12-16 in preparation for their maths and science GCSEs at St. Philip Howard Catholic High School. I enjoy inventing games to keep students engaged and exercise their creativity. Having now completed my degree, I want to return to childcare and integrate my creative skills into my work. I love playing with children and witnessing their incredible imagination!
More about me: I am based St. Pauls. I am a practicing artist/writer, a participant of East Bristol Contemporary day school. I volunteer at Creative Youth Network. I am 25 years old and have a degree in Fine art from UWE. I facilitate creative writing workshops on Thursday evenings, so unavailable on that evening.
