I am a creative, active and sociable person. I have studied and work as a illustrator, specialising in children's books, I also design and make candles. I have strong communication skills and understand the value of going the extra mile to help and support others.
My Experience
I have worked with children my whole life, working in a Sunday school weekly, a kids camp each summer and my previous care job was a teaching assistant in a Spanish Waldorf school. The things i learnt about helping children grow, think for themselves and overcome obstacles was irreplaceable. I am a creative person and believe this has assisted me while working with children, I do strive to help them to be more creative and imaginative, I’m a keen believer that children need to learn to play and problem solve in order to be well rounded as a adult, there is no walk of life that thinking outside of the box cannot benefit. However order, implementing routines and keeping to a daily structure is very important in my experience working with children before.
