A residential home for 5 vulnerable young persons aged 11-18, providing services for positive outcomes ( as per every child matters), supporting young people in activities of daily living and with overall responsibility to ensure their paramount safety, health, economic wellbeing, emotional wellbeing and leaving care pathway plan; with a school attached to the home registered with OFSTED and providing up to GCSE level education and preparation for College and independent living.

Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day to day operations of the home including financial management of budgets, expenses, petty cash, building maintenance, activities, wages and time sheets
• Actively support the manager in maintaining the Reg. 44 & 45
• Effectively liaise and communicate with multi agencies and within a multi-disciplinary team
• Efficiently manage all administrative tasks and ensure they are completed within set timeframe
• Successfully assist in leading and managing a team of 23 staff members; ensuring the smooth delivery of high quality residential care at all times along with providing invaluable guidance and control (managed in line with the minimum care standard 32-35)
