About Me
My name is Kamila, and I am an MSc Speech and Language Therapy student at the University of Essex. I am looking for babysitting work opportunities to fit around my studies.
My Experience
I have relevant work experience as a nursery practitioner, based in the baby-room (6-12 months old), however I have supported other rooms with children up to the pre-school age. I enjoy working with children, and accommodate for their development, in line with the EYFS framework. I am friendly, patient and caring, and believe in learning through play! As a future SLT, I understand the importance of development of literacy and communication skills in children, and I often implement such activities in play, to support healthy development.
My Qualifications
I have an enhanced DBS certificate, a full-UK driving licence and a car.
My Availability
I am available during early mornings, to potentially get children ready for school, I am happy to start as early as 6 a.m. and drop the children off at school or nursery. In the afternoons I am available from 5:30 p.m., and I am happy to accommodate for children's bedtime. If necessary, I am happy to stay overnight. I am available the whole day on Saturdays, and Sundays with the exception of 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. every Sunday.
