About Me
My name is Aisha Ghanty and I am an Ofsted registered Childminder . I have cared for children since late 2019.
I am also a member of the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY). I hold a DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) certificate and I am fully insured to provide childcare in my home with appropriate Public Liability Insurance.
I'm the mother to my son Danyaal who is 10 years old. Danyaal attended Montessori from age 2 to 7 years. I have an understanding of the Montessori teachings.
My husband is also registered with Ofsted as an Assistant and helps me.
My Mum now in her mid 80’s looked after children in the late 1980’s after my Father had passed away to late 1990’s. She is also DBS checked. We have lived at the same address since 1975. Most of my life
I provide an excellent quality and high standard of childcare for babies and children from birth to 8years of age.
My objectives are to provide a safe, warm, homely and stimulating environment for children to play, learn and have fun.
By offering space for moving around, plenty of opportunity for play, interaction and stimulation for all ages I feel that I have a well balanced and enjoyable environment for all.
In the mornings, after school drop off , we tend to have a quieter time with the younger children and babies. This can be in the form of going to toddler groups, visiting the park, feeding the ducks, reading time, nursery rhymes, singing, creative activities or just playing in the garden. This allows us to have some one-on-one time and help aid and develop skills in lots of ways.
My Experience
My experience in childcare goes back to early 1990’s where I use to help my mum with Childminding. I use to do school drop off, collection. Taking children to the park, library on my days off from college. I also helped family members with childcare during the holiday season
From when my son was a baby I use to take him to mission grove children’s centre, Lowhall children’s centre for different activities. It is important for babies and children to interact and understand and experience different educational and emotional experiences. It also helps parents to share experiences. I felt this benefited me a lot as there were also professional people there to ask for advice
My career has been in retail for over 20 years. Roles worked, Retail supervisor, Manager, Human Resources.

Thank you so much for your kind words and feedback. It has been a pleasure looking after your son.
Truly talented boy
Aisha and her assistant and absolutely amazing and caring childminders. My son has been attending since January 2023 when he was 13 months old and he absolutely loves it there.
I was very worried about how he would be at childcare as he’d never been away from me, but Aisha was so calm, caring and attentive that he settled in very quickly. She recommended a phased settling in which was a really great idea and meant it was a smooth process and my son is very settled and happy.
I really can’t recommend Aisha enough, they have a lovely house with an ever changing selection of toys, and an amazing garden. The communication is brilliant and I never feel worried about my child being there.
I would give 10 stars if I could.

Thank you so much.
My son has been attending Aisha’s child care setting for over two months now and he thoroughly enjoys his days there. At the end of the day, we get an update of how his day has gone, including what he has eaten/drunk, his playtime activities, nap times, nappy changes, and anything else that Aisha wants us to know. (Such as, something new that he has been able to do).
He settled in quickly, and both of us were at ease, as I knew he was under good care with Aisha and her assistant.
I was really impressed with the regular activities that the children participate in, such as the Phonics, and fun time outside in the garden (which my son loves).
He’s progressing developmentally and is a very happy little boy when I collect him at the end of the day (he also sleeps very well at bedtime).
I can’t thank Aisha enough for taking good care of my son, she is personable, kind and attentive and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful and caring childminder.

Aisha and her assistant are absolutely fantastic with my son and treat him so much kindness. I have been using them since September 2022 and from the moment I met them, I knew I was comfortable leaving my son with them. Aisha takes such good care of my son and always plans out fun activities for the children in both a safe and clean environment. She is everything you would want in a childminder.
