About Me
Hi there, My name is Jessica, I have a caring and warm personality, I have a genuine passion in working with children to see them thrive which helps me to treat all children fairly and seek to meet each child’s physical, emotional, and social needs. I am bilingual with English and Spanish.
I am married to Luis, who works alongside as my assistant (And our Chef, cooking, PE and dancing teacher), together we have two amazing daughters, a three year old and a baby born in June 2023.
My Experience
I worked as a nanny to children of all ages, from new-borns to sixteen years old, having more than fifteen years of experience. I did work placement at a private Montessori nursery in North Kensington, working towards a NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in an introduction to Early Years Education and Care. I spent time with the nursery and foundation classes, which gave me the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the nursery environment, then I started working for an agency, covering for nursery practitioners in different nurseries around London. In 2021 I registered as a childminder with Rutland Childminder Agency, which unfortunately is now closed I am now registered with Ofsted.
I am running a bilingual childcare service called 'Huellas' -Leaving FOOTPRINTS that will last forever- I work with two assistants one of them is my husband.
My Qualifications
NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in an introduction to Early Years Education and Care.
Postnatal Maternity Nurse Care Training.
OCN Level 4 Maternity Nurse Training.

Jessica looked after my son since he was 1 year old full time. Jessica and her team are so warm and welcoming and their setting became a second home to my son. Some days my son had so much fun with them that he wasn't too eager to come home. Jessica plans nice activities for the children, and when my son is with them I know that he is fed well, loved and are in a stimulating and fun environment. What I also appreciate is that Jessica hosts events and created an environment where we got to know her and team well and we also got to know other parents too and there is a sense of community. We don't speak Spanish but it's lovely to see my son picking up Spanish and we hope to continue his Spanish in future as well. To my son and to us as parents, our experience at Jessica's is something very valuable and treasured.

Jessica and her team are fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about Huellas.
I had both of my daughters with Jessica and her team for 4 months.
My 1 year old full time and my 6 year old in the mornings where Jessica would take her to school.
Both girl always enjoyed themselves and had fun.
We don’t speak Spanish but it was great to expose them to another language and expand their horizons.
Jessica and her team are very caring and loving to the children and I never once felt concerned about leaving them with her. They would regularly go above and beyond to make the experiences fun for the girls. I will be highly recommending Huellas to anyone who requires a childminder and I hope the Huellas team has a fantastic future.
