About Me
I’m a 26 year old mum of two crazy boys!
I love being outside- walking, running, yoga, plane spotting and the occasional bit of gardening (mainly trying to grow our own fruits & veggies, not always successfully!)
I’ve grown up with dogs in the family and recently we have reared chicks and ducklings! I’m pretty open to helping with most animals.
I enjoy cooking for my family and we often experiment with different meals.
I’m actively learning Spanish and currently have a basic conversational level- I am currently living in Spain however will be returning at the end of May so will be available from June onwards.
I’d love to peruse a career in Speech and Language therapy.
My Experience
I have 8 years of professional childcare experience working in a local nursery where I gained a Level 3 qualification in children’s learning and development. I’m very familiar with and used the statutory framework ‘EYFS’ daily. During this role I was a key person for several children and have a history of supporting children with Special Educational Needs (physical disabilities, communication needs etc)
I have Makaton training at level 4 and have my own resources, including signs/symbols books, games and stories.
I’m passionate about educating our little people in various ways- through their specific interests, new experiences, our natural environment, creative means and by exploring different cultures.
I’m a creative individual with the ability to use different resources (natural, recycled and everyday materials) to create fun and engaging activities that contribute to the development of different areas.
I have first hand experience of, and am comfortable with caring for babies- nappy changing, bottle prepping and feeding (formula & breast milk), weaning, tummy time etc.
My Qualifications
Level 3 NVQ in children’s learning and development.

I’m looking for a live out nanny job, preferably Mon- Fri day times however I am willing to work some evenings and weekends with prior agreement.
I’m also interested in regular babysitting, before & after school help etc.
