About Me
I am a special needs teaching assistant offering childcare and babysitting services on evenings and weekends. I am trained and hold certificates in safeguarding, first aid and therapeutic counselling. I consider myself to be a fun and interactive individual, with lots of experience with a children given my job, of a range of ages and needs. I am happy to cook meals, play games with the children, help with homework and I can take children from and to school, providing that it is within walking distance of the home. I pride myself on the care that I provide to the children and understand that it is crucial to have good communication and a good relationship with the parents/guardians of the children that I am caring for. I am easily reachable and have a fast response time in case short notice or emergency care is needed. However, I do not attend households with dogs unfortunately.
My Experience
I work in a special needs school as a teaching assistant so have extensive experience caring for children with a range of needs and ages, playing games with them, helping them learn and maintaining a good and fun relationship with them.
