Amazing staff with so much heart & caring mindset

My son has been attending the setting for almost three years now. He started at the age of 1 and half years old and is four and a half now. He has developed beyond my wildest dreams. His speech is coming along amazingly (given we speak a different language at home), his cognitive development is amazing and he is a social butterfly. The staff really do listen to you and work with you to provide the best outcomes and environment to your child.
We couldn’t ask for better communication between the nursery and us. With not only daily note, photos on the app but the personal update they also give us when he is picked up. The activities they do with him daily are things we wouldn’t usually do at home because of the mess but when he comes home covered with paint, I know he has had an awesome day. In terms of activities, I find the staff very creative with the type of messy play, paint, sandpit, pool days, writing, colouring, baking, exercise, yoga etc. They always go the extra mile in terms of fun and learn in the same time. Prior to being at this nursery he was at another well-known nursery – however the setting here has exceeded all my expectations and I wish I knew it earlier as they give personal attention to each child – this is noted from how well they know him and what he likes and from one-to-one daily update I receive, they do take the time to thoroughly go through his entire day when picked up. Furthermore, as a parent I feel confident that whatever activity they are doing, it’s done in a secure environment with a very systematic approach.
In terms of his learning and development – I am very pleased. The staff do explain the growth and development plan they have put in place for my little one. Proactively explain what he does well and what needs improvement. Furthermore, they do have a plan in place on how he will improve and what steps will be taken for him to reach his milestone. He has learnt a lot from numbers to nursery rhymes to favourite books, dishes, colours, animals and how to be good and kind with his friends. He comes home telling me what he has learnt, and what story and songs he has heard today. He comes home everyday with something new. He has built a great relationship with his friends and he tells me all about it when he comes home. He also has the same relationship with the Staff and he knows them by their names.
We are so impressed with this nursery and the staff are so friendly and professional and any issue raised they are quick to work with you to help you overcome the problem. He absolutely loves his time there and has made wonderful friends and his teachers have helped him grow into a confident happy child. As a parent when he attends the nursery, I feel confident he is being well cared for in such a lovely nurturing environment. He has been thriving since joining and I am glad we made the decision to put him at Little Doves and recently my second son just started attending the setting and I’m beyond happy with all the help and support they provided to help him settle in well. They’ve also taken notes re his routine and what he usually does so his environment doesn’t change a lot and this really helped my little one adjust to the change. They were also happy to tweak the settling in timing session as this worked better for my sons sleeping pattern and I am looking forward to see my second son develop and nourish in the setting.

Kind attentive and safe

Ruchika is such a great child minder…there’s always great food provided, the activities are so much fun, you can see the hard work put into it…Ruchika shares updates and pictures and she is very caring towards the kids. My son would always reach out to her. I would definitely recommend Ruchika.

Safe and very caring service

My son attended her Nursery some time back.She was very attentive to his needs as he was developing Autism and so also my son liked the food served at the Nursery.I will highly recommend Little doves Nursery.

Caring service like at home

My little boy went to Ruchika's Little Dove Childcare and enjoyed the time there. Ruchika and her team helped him to settle there and my boy started going to nursery very happily. Very caring and home like childcare. Great and fun learning activities for children indoor and outdoor where they feel safe and play.
