The first few weeks with a newborn can be overwhelming in many different ways. I can help with sleep techniques, breastfeeding queries, reading baby's cues, and implementing a gentle routine. I use a gentle approach to reassure and teach new parents.
You may only want help during the night or 24 hrs for a period of time while you adjust. I'm here to help.
