About Me
My name is Sarah and I am a Ofsted registered childminder. I live in westhoughton with my partner, my 9 year old daughter and my 1 year old son. Myself and my partner are DBS checked and once my children reach the age of 16 they to will be DBS checked also.
I am registered on all registers.
I became a childminder to spend more time with my children and offer a service to others who would like their children to be cared for in a safe and homely environment. I provide an excellent quality and high standard of childcare for babies and children from birth to 17 years of age. I have cared for children and family on and off since high school. I have worked hard to establish my setting to be a home from home, Safe, friendly environment and above all fun for all children. I keep in touch with members of the Early Years Team, enabling me to obtain up to date information and on various issues that can arise in childcare.

My Experience
I have cared for children and family on and off since high school until I became a mother in 2011. From leaving school I worked in a private nursery taking care of children from birth to 5 years. My sister is an Ofsted registered childminder and I have helped her on occasion.
My Qualifications
- Level 3 Paediatric First Aid - Level 3 award in preparing to work in home based childcare - Delivering the EYFS - Level 1 award in creative craft - 2, Level 1 Safeguarding children - Supporting children's well- being - Level 2 Food Hygiene and safety for catering - Effective partnership working with fathers - Supporting children with speech, language and communication needs - Expectations of behaviour.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.00 per hour
I offer full time contracts, part time contract, during school holidays, also as and when childcare for busy parents who need the occasional childcare to attend appointments or simply a bit of 'me time'.
Full time- from 7.30am - 6.30pm childcare is £35 per day(this will include 3 healthy meals and 2 snacks and drinks)
Part time- either from 7.30am - 12.30 noon or 12.30 noon - 6.00 childcare is £16.50 per session (including healthy meals and drinks)
During school holidays and Ad hoc hours will be charged at the same price as either full time or part time depending on the hours needed.
Before school - from 7.30am - 8.50am is £5 per session (this will include breakfast meal)
After school - from 3.15pm - 6.00pm is £8 per session (this will include teal meal)
