Hello, my name is Maya Stewart. I am a 24 year old graduate from the University of Brighton, who has just return home from a year working abroad in Australia. I am playful, energetic and friendly and love engaging with young children, helping them to thrive as they engage in the world around them. In addition to my passion for childcare and education, I love sports, travel and fashion.
My Experience
My mother is a Headteacher so education, child care, and child development has always been an interest of mine. Following my level 3 qualification in Childcare, I have gained extensive experience supporting children's learning and development, play and childcare in Nursery schools, the pre-school sector and within Primary schooling (where most recently I worked as a Teaching Assistant for a 6 week placement). I have also baby-sat for children from 6mths to 11yrs.
