About Me
I have always enjoyed working with children and from a young age I have baby-sat, taught and entertained children during days out. This continues to be a passion of mine and I consider myself to be a kind, caring and affectionate individual who creates and adapts lessons based on the needs of the child. I have worked with children with Special Needs and have supported them in day to day life as well as teaching them specific skills.
My Experience
I am a Primary Teacher at a school in Reading for an alternative provision with children who have struggled to be successful in a mainstream school. I have also worked for 3 years at a mainstream school and taught English as a foreign language for a year in a French primary school in France.
My Qualifications
Bachelor of Primary Education (BEd) from the University of Winchester.
My Availability
As I am working as a teacher during the day, I am available after school most days (4pm onwards) and I am available most evenings. At weekends I am available in the mornings until mid-afternoon (roughly 2pm).
